CHOCOLATE DONUT S’MORES

Ingredients

12 mini frosted chocolate donuts

6 large marshmallows

Instructions

1. Cut the donuts in half carefully with a sharp knife. Set aside.
2. Cut the marshmallows in half and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the tray in the oven under the broiler for 30 seconds until toasted and golden brown. Watch carefully so they do not burn. Remove immediately.
3. Use a butter knife to lift the toasted marshmallow halves and place on the donut halves. Top with the remaining donut halves. Makes 12 donut s'mores.

Notes

*You can also toast the marshmallow halves over a campfire instead of heating in an oven.
